'Controversies in stem cell technology (SCT)', as well as paediatric perspectives in transplantation, will also be discussed.
In the run-up to the congress, the group is also organising the EBMT Patient & Family Day on 28 March, which will focus on late complications and issues regarding family donors. Simultaneous workshop sessions will outline standard treatment and new developments in haematology and transplantation.
